How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-4 business days. Please note that during promotional periods and over the holiday season we process a higher volume of orders and longer shipping and delivery delays are expected.

I’ve seen websites selling your products at super low prices. Are they legit or a scam?
Unfortunately, scammers sometimes steal our product images and descriptions to create fake websites offering ridiculously low prices. These sites are not affiliated with us and do not sell our actual products.
To ensure you're buying the real thing, always shop directly from our official website. If you come across a suspicious site, please let us know so we can report it. Stay safe and always double-check before making a purchase!

How do I check the status of my order?
- Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email or SMS
- Allow 3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for tracking to update.
- For delays, contact the carrier first, then us with the information they provided you.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
1. Check Your Delivery Location: First, check that the package wasn't left in a safe place around your property or with a neighbor. Sometimes delivery drivers leave packages in different spots to protect them from theft or weather.
2. Verify the Shipping Address: Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to confirm it matches your current location. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they arrive, or there may have been a mistake in the delivery address.
3. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. They may have additional information about the delivery status and can often provide details about where the package was left or who signed for it.
4. Check with Others: If you share a mailbox or delivery location with others (e.g., an apartment building or office), ask if anyone else accepted the package on your behalf.
5. File a Claim: If you still cannot locate your package after following these steps, contact us immediately. In some cases, the carrier may need to file a claim for a lost or stolen package.
How do I care for my jewelry?
What are your jewelry items made from? Will they tarnish?
Our pieces range from stainless steel to 24k gold plated depending on the product. We use high quality metals to prolong the longevity of the jewelry. You can see what each product is made of in the individual product descriptions.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry prior to showering or going swimming to protect your items as best as possible. Avoid your new jewelry pieces from coming into direct contact with hand sanitizer, chemicals, chlorine, perfumes/body sprays and lotions/creams.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you discover a defect in your item within 7 days of delivery, we offer the following options under our Standard Warranty Policy:
→ If the item is in stock: We will resend a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
→ If the item is out of stock: In the event that the item is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.

Returns
- Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
How to Return or Exchange

Include your order number and reason for the return in the package. - For U.S. orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return is authorized, we’ll send the necessary instructions to ship your package back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Processing Time
All orders require 3–4 business days to process before shipping. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, restocks, or periods of high order volume. Shipping timeframes shown at checkout begin once your order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

All shipping options will be listed at checkout. If no shipping options are available at that time, we are unable to ship to your location.
International Orders
For international shipments, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Surf Crush is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees.
It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package once the carrier has scanned it. All of our shipments include a tracking number. We use USPS, UPS, and local carriers to ensure packages arrive quickly and safely.
