Refund policy

At Surf Crush we want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right.

RETURNS

• Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

• Email us at contact@shopsurfcrush.com to request a return authorization.
  Include your order number and reason for the return in the package.
• For U.S. orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once your return is authorized, we’ll send the necessary instructions to ship your package back to us.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
