Cancellation policy

All purchases made through Surf Crush are final once an order has been placed. Please double-check your items, sizes, and shipping information before completing checkout.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped. Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will ship within the timeframe listed at checkout. These orders follow the same cancellation policy as regular purchases and cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
